Note from the Author
Change is an inevitable part of life and something we all need to accept. As the Greek Philosopher Heraclitus stated, “The only constant in life is change.” It is through change and new life experiences that we each learn, grow and evolve. Whilst it is important to embrace change, it is even more important to remain true to oneself, particularly in the face of change. This is the underlying message within the pages of my book.
Prompted by observations of the effects of the COVID-19 global pandemic on children and families, I felt it was timely and necessary to share this message in a creative format that would engage children around the world.
